Plum Tree – Kitchen

This kitchen created in 2012 was part of the “Plum Tree House” project in Vernon BC. An Arts & Craft design home, surrounded by nature, where most of the inspiration came from. In this kitchen the subject matter is “Plum Tree”.

The field tiles in the backsplash are custom 5″x5″. The circles with the plum tree brach are 8″ in diameter. All the tiles are handmade and hand glaze in my studio.

The two cabinet windows above the stove are custom design in glass by Annemarie Fux, using the plum tree branch motive.

The Plum tile design circle was use on the floor to separate the kitchen from the dining-room.
