This bathroom created in 2012 was part of the “Plum Tree House” project in Vernon BC. Surrounded by nature, where most of the inspiration came from, also was considered the personalities of each family member. In this bathroom the subject matter is “Water”.
Shower stall mural is 12ft. high. The window return has been done in two different colours to blend within the water mural. Two handmade ceramic koi swim in the water pooling on the floor. All the ceramic tiles are handmade and hand glazed to client specification, at Ashpa Naira Studio, my ceramic studio on the west side of Okanagan Lake.
