OK SUNSHINE

Vernon born artist, Heidi Thompson presents OK Sunshine – five abstract acrylic paintings inspired by the Okanagan’s hot summers, dry grasslands, and spectacular sky-scapes. Thompson strives to express not only natural beauty of the valley, but more profoundly, provide reflections of our interior landscapes - our lively, joyful spirits. Her paintings reflect the light that radiates within us. The paintings will remind travellers that no matter where their journey takes them, they will always carry along the most beautiful place in the world – their own joyful, light-filled interiors.

Heidi Thompson studied art and photography in Europe. She returned to Canada in 1981 and now lives and paints in Coldstream, B.C. She has exhibited her paintings in Europe, Canada and the USA.
