Details: Handmade tiles and glazes - 2012

This bathroom created in 2012 was part of the “Plum Tree House” project in Vernon BC. Surrounded by nature, where most of the inspiration came from, also was considered the personalities of each family member. In this bathroom the subject matter is “Medieval designs” in earth colours.

Close up of tile border design, using historical medieval designs for the 3″x3″ and the 4″x4″ tiles glazed in turquoise/green colour.

As a shower stall mural, was used a simple design of a coat of arms, symbolizing a battle shield.
