Greener Pasture

Angelika Jaeger, was born in Germany. At the beginning of the 90”s the family settled in the Okanagan Valley. In 2012, she earned the BFA from the University of BC-O.
AJ wrote in her artist statement… “I have discover by working in mixed media and collage there are similarities between the structure of the work and the human condition.
Life experiences, learning, evolving, adding and subtracting, are all layers of my life and my art. When I feel that my work is complete, it gives me joy to share the finished objects with an audience. As this relationship grows the depth found in each piece of art evolves”.
Her work has been exhibited at Vernon Public Art Gallery in Vernon,BC – Lake Country Art Gallery in Lake Country, BC – University of BC-O, among others.
