La Cucina – Kitchen

Created in 2006 for a family residence in Vernon BC.  the design of architectural ceramics in this warm and beautiful kitchen reflects what this family is about…  the love of cooking and the believe in sustainable food. It was such a pleasure to create all these customs tiles with veggies, nuts and herbs.

Handmade ceramic tiles features a salmon run among pebble stones.

Overview of this stunning kitchen. In the background can be seen the handmade ceramic mural behind the stove and in the foreground the detail custom tile border with 2D and 3D veggies and nuts.

Custom irregular tiles and a colourful mural with relief details. At the base of the mural there is a shelf built in clay where to sit the must have olive or avocado oil bottles.
