Volaré Project

This project was designed and produced with the collaboration of artist Julie Oakes and installed in a Vernon residence in 2010. The project was inspired by Swan Lake’s bird sanctuary. Volaré in Spanish means taken flight or flying away. Surrounding wings create a relaxing atmosphere in the room that has a bird’s eye view of the valley.
